Spanje winnaar Internationaal toernooi

Op zaterdag 21 januari was de finale een herhaling van vorig jaar: Spanje 1 – Holland 1. De einduitslag was ook dezelfde: 2-0 voor Pablo Carcelen and Carlos Delgado (18-16, 18-09).
Bart Zantman en Martijn ten Duis namen met sterk spel een 14-09 voorsprong. Ze verloren echter toch nog de set door erg goed spel van de Spanjaarden. De tweede set was Holland leeg gespeeld en was de wedstrijd gespeeld.
Holland 2 speelde een goed toernooi, maar verloor de kwartfinale na een zeer spannende wedstrijd tegen Israël 2 met 2-1 (18-14, 13-18, 15-12).
Holland 7, Marce Koers en Kaspar Schlebusch, deed het boven verwachting. De 1/8 finale werd zeer goed tegenstand geboden tegen Spanje 1 (18-13).
De dames Nynke Karrenbeld en Jorieke Olde Loohuis wonnen de vrouwenfinale tegen Italië met 2-0 (18-14, 19-17).

Saturday
